I don’t run. Not even when chased.

I’m becoming fairly certain that I won’t survive a week in the zombie apocalypse.
Not only am I realizing just how out of shape I am, I’m asthmatic.  It goes hand in hand with the allergies and eczema.  But I’m not here to discuss my health woes (I would be here for hours).
For my super awesome anniversary,  my charming and I did a day in the black forest and a day in Paris. I’ll give y’all a moment to sigh wistfully.  I thought I was totally up to task for all of the trekking. The up hill climbs, the steps. The more steps and even more hills. I am getting healthy. It was on.
Then I was wheezing and puffing my inhaler on the steps to sacre cour.
I am trying to understand the balance of healthy with chronic junk. How do you measure that? I know I’m not running any marathons because I would like to keep my lungs (however lackluster they are). I’m not going to be feeling great anytime soon; I’m constantly itchy.
So, what could I bring to the zombie apocalypse?  I can’t outrun anything, I kill everything I plant. I can shoot a bow and arrow, but that only gets you so far.
Clearly I doomed. What are your zombie plans? Also, I need to watch so much The Walking Dead.
